  1. 1.

    Why is community involvement important?

All people and brands are judged on how they interact with society. If you are helpful in the community, this benefits you both professionally and personally. As a finance broker, having community spirit can only enhance the importance of your role.

  2. 2.

Why do you think it is important across all industries to provide more opportunities for women?

There has been a worldwide shift to women being the decision makers. They are proven performers, so it would be naïve not to embrace this power on all levels, both economically and socially.

  3. 3.

What do you consider a healthy lifestyle?

The ability to alleviate stress and have a balance so that you can enjoy time with the people closest to you in a positive way. This is hard to do in high performance professions.

  1. 4.

Why is cultural diversity so important in Australia?

We have all come from somewhere else, even the original Australians, and this multiculturalism is a gift and economic powerhouse. I enjoy having friends from all different cultures.

  2. 5.

Tell me about three people that have inspired you?

George Lucas as he sticks to his plan, regardless of what the world says; and he had the creative to make his dreams a reality.

Rupert Murdoch for his ability to inspire through merely his presence. I never found out his secret and always wanted to do more for him.

And my mum as she brought up three boys by herself and never complained that it was difficult, or cried and was just always there.
